SHIPPING POLICY
All dice are shipped via United States Postal Service. Orders within the US are shipped First Class or Priority Mail; international orders are shipped First Class Package International. Tracking numbers will be provided. Seller is not responsible for customs/import fees.

If you are in the Philadelphia area and able to visit West Philly, local pickup is also an option. Just choose it at checkout and we can arrange a handoff time/location.

Please check USPS international shipping suspensions if you are not sure if we can currently ship to your country. As of December 2024, I can no longer ship to the EU due to new import regulations.

Dice will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Tiny Dragon Dice does not accept returns or exchanges. All dice and trays are handmade and as such may have minor marks and irregularities; any major flaws will be noted in the listing. Rarely, defects in the curing process can be revealed during shipping due to temperature changes; if you believe your dice are soft cured, please reach out and I will arrange a replacement.
